Four-Hands Massage in Kilimani
There are massages that relax you, and then there is the Four-Hands Massage at All Queens Wellness Spa on Kindaruma Road, Kilimani, an experience that quietly resets the nervous system in a way no single-therapist session can match. Two skilled therapists work on you at the same time, in perfectly mirrored choreography, from your shoulders to your toes. Your mind tries to follow them both, gives up within the first minute, and slips into a state of stillness most people only reach after a long meditation retreat.
Kindaruma Rd, Nairobi · Open 24/7
Our four-hands massage in Kilimani, Nairobi is the most luxurious hour you can give your body in this city. Twice the touch, twice the presence, twice the release, all delivered with the warmth, professionalism and discretion that defines every massage at All Queens. It is the session our regulars book for birthdays, promotions, anniversaries, the end of a brutal quarter, or simply the rare evening when nothing less than the full experience will do.
Whether you choose four hands working in classical Swedish style, the firmer pressure of Deep Tissue, the warming flow of Hot Stone, or one of our more immersive massages, every Four-Hands session at All Queens is built around two therapists who are trained to move as one. The synchronisation is the magic, and it is something we have refined carefully over years of practice in our Kilimani spa.
Located in the heart of Kilimani and minutes from Kileleshwa, Upperhill, Hurlingham, Woodley and Westlands, our spa is one of the few destinations in Nairobi where a true Four-Hands Massage is delivered in a properly equipped private suite with the standard of hygiene, hospitality and discretion that the experience deserves. From the heated table and warmed oils to the en-suite shower and fresh linens, every detail is set up so the only thing you have to do is arrive.
By the time the session ends, you will have spent sixty or ninety minutes in a state your nervous system rarely visits. You step back out onto Kindaruma Road feeling lighter, looser and unmistakably restored, and you understand instantly why this is the massage our most discerning guests come back for again and again.
Who books this in Nairobi
Couples driving down from Westlands often book four-hands as their anniversary ritual - the Sarit-to-Kindaruma run is twelve to fifteen minutes after 7 pm.
Executives crossing over from Upperhill book four-hands when an hour is all they have and they want every minute counted twice.
Long-time guests from Kileleshwa describe it as two massages folded into one - and the drive across Argwings Kodhek takes barely five minutes.
What to expect
Your Four-Hands Massage begins, like every visit to All Queens, at our private gated entrance in Kilimani. You'll be welcomed with a cool towel and a cup of herbal tea, and your two therapists will introduce themselves together. They conduct the consultation jointly, pressure preferences, focus areas, any sensitive spots, music and scent, so you don't have to repeat yourself, and so the choreography of your session is agreed before either of them touches the table.
You'll be shown to a private suite, softly candle-lit, warmed to a comfortable temperature, with a freshly dressed heated table at its centre and a private en-suite shower. A warm shower is yours to take as long as you need. The oils are warmed to body temperature so the very first stroke feels seamless rather than startling, and the room is set so that nothing about the experience feels improvised.
The massage itself is unlike any other on our menu. Both therapists begin in perfect symmetry, one on each side, mirroring strokes from your shoulders, down your back, along your arms and legs, all the way to your feet. Within the first minute, your brain stops trying to track which hand is where and simply surrenders to the rhythm. Around the midpoint, the choreography may shift, one therapist working slow and deep while the other works lighter and longer, before meeting back in synchrony for the finish.
We close the massage the same way we close every session at All Queens, quietly. You sit up slowly, sip cool water, take another warm shower at your own pace and have your suite for a few extra minutes before stepping back out. There is no rush, no checklist, no transition you don't choose yourself.

Why us
The Four-Hands Massage at All Queens is, in the end, the most efficient luxury on our entire menu. Minute for minute, no other massage delivers the same depth of release, the same quality of stillness, or the same quiet sense of having been properly looked after. For our Kilimani guests with packed schedules, that combination is precisely why this experience has become our most-requested celebration session.
If this is your first four-hands session, you are in beautifully good company. Many of our guests come to it after enjoying our Swedish Massage or Deep Tissue Massage and wanting to experience the same techniques in their most luxurious form. Others pair it with our Hot Stone Massage on cooler evenings, or follow it with our Couples Massage on a return visit so their partner can share the experience too.
We are on Kindaruma Road in Kilimani, five minutes from Yaya Centre, ten from Upperhill, and well under fifteen from most of Westlands. Parking is on-site and secure, the entrance is private, and your visit is treated with the discretion you would expect from a serious wellness establishment.
Ready to book the most luxurious four-hands massage in Kilimani, Nairobi? WhatsApp 0740 719035 or call to reserve. Four-hands needs a little advance notice so we can roster two therapists for the same window, a few hours ahead is usually enough, though weekend evenings book out faster, so earlier is always better.
For follow-up work on stubborn knots a single deep tissue session is the right next booking, and for anniversaries a side-by-side couples massage is the most-loved encore.
